(no subject)

Name: Amanda Traci Nicole Stevens

Age:
22

Location:
Albany or Long Island, New York

How do you identify?:
(sexuality/gender) Lesbian leaning towards pansexual all wrapped with the added confusion of being a trans female who identifies as gendqueer. If you were able to make sense of all that, please help me figure out the labyrinth. I would greatly appreciate it.

Interests/hobbies:
Hmm. This could take awhile and I am trying to do this in a way that doesn’t make me seem boring. Well, first and foremost I am writer and most of my hobbies float around that and being a nerd. So, I spend a lot of time maintaining my blogs (although my LJ has fallen to the wayside), writing poetry, or working on my memoir. The rest of time is occupied with hanging out with friends, playing Magic the Gathering, or playing games on Steam. I am a huge nerd, so comics and video games and anime and manga are all aces in my book.

Favourite books:
The Perks of Being a Wallflower, A Clockwork Orange, The Alcoholic, The Watchmen, Transmetropolitan, Bi Any Other Name, My Gender Workbook, Worst, and way too many other things to announce. Its mainly a huge mixture of manga, comics, graphic novels, gender studies, and whatever sparks my interest.

Favourite films:
This will be the extremely short list otherwise this would be extremely long to read. Clerks, Mallrats, Red Dawn, Fame(the original), Half Baked, The Matrix, Fight Club, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, But I’m a Cheerleader, Camp

Favourite music:
System of a Down, Bayside, Common, Daft Punk, Asian Kung Fu Generation, Rip Slyme, Nine Inch Nails, Monkey Magick, Yoshida Brothers, Gorillaz, Handsome Boy Modeling School, Streetlight Manifesto, Big D and the Kids Table.. Ok so this could go on forever and I don’t think you’d get what I like. I listen to everything from punk rock to j pop. It all just depends on my mood. So if you like something I will probably will also.

What would you like to send/receive?:
As far sending goes I have no real preference. Just ask and I will try to accommodate. The same goes for receiving. There is nothing I would mind getting. I am a fairly creative person so the more creative the better. But don’t feel pressured

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?:
To be completely honest, anyone. I mean, I am a social butterfly, so I love just meeting and getting to know all people.

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?:
This is the only time I am going to sound selfish. I would love to get mail from anywhere in the world, but my funds are limited. So, I will try to work anywhere but I can’t guarantee it will be speedy.

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?:
(eg. "food/candy with nuts")

What would be in your dream letter or package?:
Um, well anything super creative. Otherwise, send me your dream letter or package. That will probably make me the happiest. No lie.

Anything else you'd like to add?:
UM. That I can think of. Just have fun, I know I will.

I like it that you're a nerd - makes me feel less nerdy :)
Btw, your icon rocks. Like, totally!

Illmatic.
You do realise that you made me spend way too much time asking Mr Google about that one? :D

Totally supporting the idioms - it just made me feel a little non-smart and that bothers me. Or rather, it bothers my ego.
I used to have icq but then my laptop became my own worst enemy and I had to delete anything on it. While I'm saving money for a new one, I don't have any. Unless skype counts? I do have that...
