Location: Issaquah, Washington, the United States of America, North America, Earth, The Milky Way Galaxy, The Universe.
How do you identify?: Well, I'm a girl in a girl's body, which is nice. However, the sexuality bit is a little . . . unclear, at the moment.
Interests/hobbies: I love books. Love them love them love them. I travel with a suitcase full of books. If I'm not reading, I'm baking, though some of my inventions don't really turn out that well. I try! Other than that, it's mostly video games and comic books, as well as loud, tacky music. I also hunt around the internet for random information, and occasionally I pull out my flute, though my neighbors rarely thank me for that last one.
Favourite books: Just about everything by Neil Gaimen and Terry Pratchett, with Good Omens being a particular favorite. Ooh, and all of Georgette Heyer's books! Matilda, The Elegance of Hedgehogs, the Bruno & Boots series (I always wanted to be a plucky Canadian schoolboy), most Christopher Moore books,
Favourite films: Hm. A little trickier, since I actually can't sit through really awkward movies. With the way movies are going these days, you can see my problem. I did enjoy Sunshine Cleaning, Stranger than Fiction, Snatch, the Die Hard series, Shaun of the Dead, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, and, more recently, Inception.
Favourite music: With my new music kick I have going I’ll listen to anything. It really depends on my mood what I listen to. All around favorite is Something Corporate though. I have a lot of 80s and 90s song on my iPod.
What would you like to send/receive?: Email works, but if you're willing to try and decipher my handwriting, I'd love to exchange snail mail.
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: No preference at all, though my only languages other than English are Japanese and French; the first, I speak better than I read, and the second, I'm just learning.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Anywhere! I love hearing about new places!
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: Um, mm, er. Small animals? Bones of the innocent? I mean, keep it clean and murder free, and I'm good.
What would be in your dream letter or package?: A decent letter (possibly with pictures included), maybe with some interesting music, or hideously tacky jewelry. We could make a game of it!
Anything else you'd like to add?: This journal is pretty new. I mean, there'll be stuff eventually, but not for another couple of days. Or weeks. I have yet to decide. But anyway, I'm here, I'd love to talk and come up with ridiculous gifts, just say the word!
