How do you identify?: I’m a lesbian, which means that I’m never ever going to have sex with a man, but I can certainly appreciate looking at an attractive man or two of them making out. What does that make me?

Interests/hobbies: Books, movies, tv shows (I’m kind of a junkie in that regard), I’m a writer (fanfictions and originals), musicals, looking at old buildings (yeah, I’m a fan of history – I nearly had a heart attack when entering the Tower of London, I was over-excited), museums, I like traveling but I don’t have the money to do that a lot (yet) – I’m currently saving up for Wales, conventions, meeting up with friends to go bowling or just hang out, listening to music

Favourite books: The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, the Ink World, Lycidas, I’m currently reading the Torchwood novels, some of the Stargate novels

Favourite films: Milk, The Lord of the Rings, Forrest Gump, Harry Potter, Shrek, Finding Nemo, Brokeback Mountain, Ten Inch Hero, Stargate – the movie, The Last Unicorn, Out at the wedding, A dog’s breakfast, Gray matters

Favourite music: I listen to all kinds of music: modern, 80’s or earlier, but no hip hop or rap. Not the German Schlager or classical music. I tend to sing along to musicals – not something you want to witness, believe me, but I’m having fun doing it

What would you like to send/receive?: e-mails and then I would take it from there

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: people from all over the world I can be friends with – maybe my soul mate, who knows?

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: That doesn’t matter to me as long as we can write in English or German (the only languages I speak fluently). Hey, I’m trying to learn Welsh at the moment – someone out there who wants to help me?

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: I don’t know – living animals? :) No, seriously: Let’s start with e-mails and take it from there.

What would be in your dream letter or package?: All the DVDs, music and such that I’ve always wanted to have, plane tickets to New Zealand, Canada and America – so, no pressure. ;)

Ein lesbisches Slashgirl? Das gibt es echt häufig (zähl mich auch dazu), aber seltsam ist es schon. Aber deswegen unter anderem bin ich so froh das es bei mir in der Lesben&Schwulen-Gruppe fast nur Typen gibt... ne?

Es ist etwas seltsam, aber Tatsache. Ich gehe der Sache auf den Grund. Tatsächlich kenne ich Hetero-Frauen, die nur Slash oder FemSlash lesen und die Het-Stories umgehen. :) Noch dazu gibt es kaum FemSlash-Pairings, die ich wirklich mag (mal abgesehen von QaF Mel und Lindsay und einige wenige L-Word-Pairings).

Whatever that means. :D I'm really just starting out. That means: I bought the books to learn it. And the audio cd. It's gonna be fun. Damn Torchwood for inspiring me to learn a new language. :)

Neat! I've been trying to learn Welsh as well. Do you know about SaySomethingInWelsh? Fantastic resource and very helpful if you happen to be a beginner. Personally, dw i ddim yn medru siarad Cymraeg yn dda iawn ond dw i'n trio! :)
