How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) I'm a guy who likes other guys. In a gay way.

Interests/hobbies: Listening to music, traveling, photography (though I'm not very good at it), watching movies and tv-shows, writing (though I'm not very good at that one either, I do it for personal entertainment), going to concerts, daydreaming (can this be a hobby?), blogging, reading webcomics, skating...and there probably are other things too.

Favourite books: Since college is taking a lot of my time, the last book I've read was Computer Networks. That turned out to be a snoozefest. I usually enjoy reading fantasy books.

Favourite films: (500) Days Of Summer, Jeux D'enfants, Amelie, Harry Potter, Little Miss Sunshine, Juno, Into The Wild, Signs. I'm a sucker for movies with Sandra Bullock, Kristen Bell and Zooey Deschanel. And I like bad horror movies, like Final Destination.

Favourite music: I guess it depends on my mood, I enjoy all kinds of things...Here are some of my favorite artists, in no particular order: Terra Naomi, Panic! At The Disco, Evanescence, Lady Gaga, La Roux, P!nk, Within Temptation, Delain (and other female fronted goth-rock-symphonic-metal stuff), Three Days Grace, Katy Perry, Bryan Adams, The Ting Tings, Bon Jovi, Lily Allen, She & Him, Garbage, Mika, The Cranberries, The Brobecks, The Killers. And many others, I guess there's no reason in naming them all here, right?

Favorite tv-shows: Dead Like Me, Veronica Mars, Glee, The 4400, Bones, Survivor, Pushing Daisies, 30 Rock, Friends, Lost, V.

What would you like to send/receive?: Emails, IMs, maybe LJ messages. Then we'll see how things are going and maybe we can do snail mail (letters, postcards, photos, etc)

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone, I'm very open minded.

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Any country is fine. I prefer European countries though, because I like to travel a lot and it will be a while until I fly across the ocean.

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts") I'm open to anything if it's by email. If it's by snail mail, then nothing that I'd have to explain to my mom how it works, if you know what I mean, haha.

What would be in your dream letter or package?: Since I love traveling and have a bunch of stuff from every place I've been to, I would enjoy very much postcards from the city/country the person lives in. I guess I'll know the dream letter when I see (well, read) it.

Anything else you'd like to add?: Never had a penpal, but this could be fun. Also, I'm a little shy at first, but it gets better once you get to know me.

Yes, daydreaming is a hobby. I do it all the time. You've got very similar taste in movies and music, it's almost scary, and I have these constant fights with my best friend about who is more worth of Zooey Deschanel ='). And you can visit the Netherlands one day =D.

I'm also from 'the land of vampires' but living in Canada now... I'm 18, female, and have not yet discovered my sexuality, to be honest. (: Mostly straight I would say... But I do love a woman's body sexually, perhaps not the woman herself romantically... It depends. I'm all for carnal lust though, so perhaps my lack of romanticism and lust actually does make me bisexual. I suppose we'll see -- I love change.

I love your taste in movies (particularly featuring Deschanel...she's so beautiful and sweet/indie).

I don't like sci fi novels at all, but I feel like differences make the friends, not similarities. (:

I'm 1/4 Czech/Romanian by heritage (my Grandfather was full, and spoke Bohemian, I think) and I've never had a friend from there before! :)
