Location: Northampton MA (Smith College!), but I'm home in Chicago for the summer.
How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Lesbian/Female
Interests/hobbies: Reading, writing, biking, exercising, baking, crafts, video games, civil rights, feminism,
Favourite books: Annie on My Mind (Nancy Garden), Grapes of Wrath, anything by David Sedaris,
Favourite films: Mean Girls, Little Miss Sunshine, A Mighty Wind--but I prefer to watch TV. My favorite shows are The L Word, The Office, Modern Family, and Top Chef.
Favourite music: Tegan and Sara, Ani DiFranco, Dar Williams, (I know, so typical ;). I love showtunes and musicals. Pop-punk, classic rock, and I have a guilty love for cheesey pop music.
What would you like to send/receive?: I would love to receive letters and anything that the sender would like to send. I would enjoy sending letters and little crafts or things like that.
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: I'm not picky! :) If I sound like someone with whom you'd like to send letters then I'd love to write back.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: I prefer english speaking countries because, well, I am not fluent in any other language other than english.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts") Not really
What would be in your dream letter or package?: Little craft supplies, like origami paper, lanyard string, stickers, etc and a long letter. :)
Anything else you'd like to add?: This seems like a really cool community and I'm really excited to participate! :D
