Interests/hobbies: crossword puzzles, trying to diy, cutting hair, cooking, going to shows, badly playing video/PC games (The Sims and Pokemon currently), body modification, reading
Favourite books: anything by Bukowski (especially What Matters Most is How Well You Walk Through the Fire), To Kill a Mockingbird, Glamorama, Wicked, Harry Potter, Running With Scissors, Watchmen and other comics/graphic novels/manga (though I'm as avid a reader as I'd like), The Devil's Knot, The Outsiders, Lullaby
Favourite films: Rushmore, The Omen, Empire Records, Ghost World, Mean Girls, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Almost Famous, Rocky Horror Picture Show, American History X, The Royal Tenenbaums, Howl's Moving Castle, Star Wars, generally anything by Wes Anderson and Hayao Miyazaki.
Favourite music: Lots of stuff like City and Colour, Tegan and Sara, Taking Back Sunday, Jawbreaker, Cursive, The Kills, William Elliott Whitmore, Lifetime, The Dear And Departed, AFI, Gallows, An Horse, The Cure, and Alexisonfire
What would you like to send/receive?: I'd like to start with email and perhaps progress from there, maybe to letters and packages. As for what I'd like those to contain? Anything! Whatever your little hearts desire.
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone who is a good time and can teach me something new. Hopefully people with something in common, but if not, that could be just as cool.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Unfortunately, I only fluently speak English, and thus would like mail from anywhere so long as that's your language of choice.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: Nothing that was/is alive (including but not limited to: hair, insects, rodents, fungi and sea life), nothing dangerous or lethal, and nothing smelly.
What would be in your dream letter or package?: pins/buttons/badges (whatever you call them wherever you're from), something really heartfelt, a new book, a mix CD, a doodle, anything Harry Potter related!
Anything else you'd like to add?: I'm a pretty fun person with a sometimes crass and offensive sense of humor and a pretty huge tendency to be forgetful and kind of a quick temper, unfortunately. I'm straight edge, a vegetarian, and an atheist. I'm very opinionated and passionate about my beliefs. I'm also in a long term relationship and am really only seeking friends and to connect with people more involved in the LGBTQ community.
