Name: Kiri
Age: 23
Location: The Emerald City (Greater Seattle Area)
How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Female, about a 3/4 on the Kinsey scale. I'm particularly attracted to a dominant personality. I'm freakishly independent and someone's got to be able to keep up and take charge in the relationship or I end up trampling. Not to mention it's god-wonderful nice when I get to be a girly girl. Just because a lass is independent, doesn't mean she doesn't want to be swept off her feet now and then. =P
Interests/hobbies: Theatre, Shakespeare, writing, film, animation, fiction, role-play (written and table-top, I'm a right nerd), video games, color, crocheting, sewing, doodling...
Favourite books: Pride and Prejudice (I imagine this may soon be topped by Pride, Prejudice and Zombies, but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet), Ella Enchanted (Not the movie, that movie raped my childhood and this book), My Many Colored Days, Ender's Game, nearly anything by Billy S. (even though they're plays and not books) as well as Equivocation.
Favourite films: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, American Beauty, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Reefer Maddness, Pride and Prejudice (The BBC version), What Dreams May Come
Favourite music: Missy Higgins, A Fine Frenzy, Showtunes, Within Temptation, Maria Mena, Gavin Mikhail, Owl City... Anything I can sing to really. Especially if the song tells a story.
What would you like to send/receive?: Snail mail, I think. I have this crazy notion that I'd love to make a scrapbook of this, sort of like an expiriment. Try to see if I can keep it up and have a good place to keep all my recieved mail. I'd like to send and recieve oddities. Maybe not always letters. Maybe short notes with playlists, or a recipe or a photograph of something bizarre--newspaper clippings of something one or both of us finds interesting. I want an oddly casual connection that strangers aren't accustomed to having. Someone to share things with as if we were the oldest of friends.
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone who thinks they're up for the challenge of handling my way of correspondence.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: I'd like to stay in country, or at least in continent (I'd be up for Canada too), just because I'm a little on the stretched side when it comes to funds.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts") Perishable items (living things included =P)
What would be in your dream letter or package?: In ideal Kiri-world a dream letter would have a note saying my student loans were all paid for... But as that ain't happening, I don't rightly know. I'm easily pleased. Getting a letter in the mail that isn't a bill is really more than enough for me.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I'm an open book. So you'll want to make sure you want to read the chapter before you turn to that page.
...Also, I can't cartwheel.

I would be the sickly pale girl surrounded by the sexy Asian ladies.
