Interests/hobbies: i love to read, watch movies, and hang out with my friends and family. i am interested in sociology and social work. i love fashion, music, art, and volunteer work. i am a student currently transferring to a four year college to study social work with a minor in sociology. :) i love photography and i suppose i am an amateur photographer -it's a hobby.

Favourite books: i have read so many books in the past six months and a ton in my life, but some of my favorites are: the stranger by camus, the percy jackson and the olympians series, the lovely bones fruits basket manga. i love to read teen novels (ah!) but i will try to read anything. i am currently reading aberaham lincoln vampire hunter

Favourite films: death to smoochie, star trek (2009), the hangover, grandma's boy, clueless, breakfast on pluto, and a ton more.

Favourite music: i love a little bit of everything. my top five would be: say anything, my chemical romance, something corporate, jason mraz and aphex twin. i kind of go through music phases -kind of like clear cutting a forest.

What would you like to send/receive?: right now i am in the middle of moving out of the county, so e-mail will be the best. eventually i would like to receive letters and other cool stuff.

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: anyone -people with similar interests or from different states/countries. people from califronia. ;)

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: i will try anywhere once i have a more stable situation.

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: pornography, anything that will melt/rot/die.

What would be in your dream letter or package?: pictures of cute or pretty things. handmade jewelry, post cards and the like.

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Hmm, any country as long as the sender can speak English (doesn't have to be perfect) and maybe teach me a little of theirs. (I'm obsessed with Japanese culture, though...)

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts") Perishable foods. I don't want moldy gunk in my mailbox, thx.

Interests/hobbies: Music, writing, various fandoms and other geeky interests (see my profile, if I attempted to list them all I'd be here all day), travel, crafting, wandering aimlessly or getting on random buses to see where I end up, being a bit of a pothead, various subcultures (I describe myself as a goth hippie, but am fascinated by others), amusement parks (especially amusement park history, especially Disney), lurking in coffee shops, Scrabble (Scrabble is the go-to social activity among my friends XD), body modification

Favourite books: Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, Gregory MacGuire, Poppy Z Brite, Chuck Palahniuk, Stephen King, Clive Barker, Laurell K. Hamilton (mmm guilty pleasure XD), Douglas Adams, guidebooks and just about anything about Disneyland/Imagineering/what have you, anything to do with queer issues.

Favourite films: Gia, Treasure Planet, the Pirates Of The Caribbean trilogy, old-school Disney, Watchmen, Better Than Chocolate, Sweeney Todd, RENT, and the occasional stupid comedy a la I Love You Man or Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

Favourite music: Everything. Seriously. Try me. Favorite artists include Barenaked Ladies, Counting Crows, Ani DiFranco, and Marilyn Manson. I pay a lot of attention to lyrics and if a song tells a story or says something I find meaningful I will invariably love it. I also like music that can make me laugh, especially Bowling For Soup and Jonathan Coulton. Right now I'm having a complete obsession with Evan Greer -- if you like folk music and angry anarchist types, I highly suggest you go look up some of his stuff on YouTube RIGHT NOW.

Silly US. :P

How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) genderqueer/transmasculine/FTM-ish, almost entirely attracted to girls

Interests/hobbies: marching band, pep band, queer stuff including my university's GLBTxyz organization, linguistics, foreign languages, reading for enjoyment, being on the internet way too much, procrastinating

Favourite books: too many to list, but I especially like fiction-mysteries/detective fiction, young adult fiction/fantasy , novels with queer characters...I'm always open to suggestions/recommendations too

Favourite films: animated movies, comedy, pretty much anything not-scary, but there are a lot of things that end up in the 'scary' category
