Location: Lancaster, PA (an hour away from Philly... mhm)
How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Bisexual female.
Interests/hobbies: painting, drawing, taking walks (on or off of the beach), watching spectacular films, reading spectacular books, social and political conversations... and good coffee.
Favourite books: Ficciones by Jorge Luis Borges is probably my favorite of all time. Otherwise, I love Chuck Palahniuk, Shakespeare, Khalil Gibran, any and all dead philosophers, and RL Stine's Goosebumps books. Because on the inside, I'm essentially a child.
Favourite films: Any and all of David Lynch's films, True Romance, The Fall, Buffalo 66, Across the Universe, Gummo, Kids, Garden State, Fight Club, Big Fish, Donnie Darko, Edward Scissorhands, Cashback, Watchmen, Ed Wood, Iron Man (1 & 2)... the list goes on and on and on. I looove movies.
Favourite music: My Morning Jacket, Brand New, Coheed & Cambria, The Beatles, As Tall As Lions, Bright Eyes, The Killers, Death Cab For Cutie, Tegan & Sara, The Strokes, David Bowie, Modest Mouse, John Butler Trio, Lil Wayne (surprising? I thought so too), Julian Perretta, Something Corporate, Fleet Foxes, Iron & Wine, Kevin Devine, Right Away Great Captain!, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Why?, Guster, Mirah... again, the list is endless. Ask for more if you really want to, hahaha.
What would you like to send/receive?: Anything, so long as it's sanitary, legal and not especially horrifying. :)
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anybody intelligent, regardless of gender. Someone that can make me laugh, and/or make me think. Someone whose life I can learn about. A bit of crazy is okay, but don't you go all stalker on me.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Any at all, really... I only speak English fluently, but I can make out both Spanish and French, and I could probably manage writing you back in either.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: No body parts, please. I have enough of my own, I don't need yours!
What would be in your dream letter or package?: Photographs and dried flowers and little things that you think are pretty or interesting. Things that tell me about who you are and what you're going through. Also, words, obviously.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I'd wanna start with e-mails, and eventually work up to being snail mail pals. That's about it. Let's converse, shall we?
