How do you identify?: Straight, and female. Although I get mistaken for a boy a LOT!
Interests/hobbies: Poetry, books, music, kids, camping, raves/parties, DJ's, English (I'm going to school for my English degree), traveling, and just generally loving life.
Favourite books: Catcher in the Rye. Mmmm love that book! I love Young Adult Literature books as well, and have a list too long of what I love. If you want ideas for a good book, I have many :)
Favourite films: Breakfast Club and horror movies.
Favourite music: I'm a TOTAL music lover, but my fave band is 311, and love EDM/Electronic Dance Music.
What would you like to send/receive?: Emails, IM's from good people, shot glasses from where people live, postcards, bracelets, anything neato :)
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone that is friendly and fun to talk to. No real guidelines :)
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Same as above, anyone that just wants to make friends!
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: No pornographic stuff please. Um, other than that can't think of anything!
What would be in your dream letter or package?: A neato shot glass, or a book they found incredible.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I am not GLBT myself (although my boyfriend begs to differ and does think I'm bi... I'm not quite there in identifying myself that way) but my sister is lesbian, hence the reason I'm interested in the community. I am extremely pro GLBT rights, always have been even before I met my sister (long story... but we didn't meet in person until 3 years ago). I HATE people that are against GLBT persons or GLBT rights, it's my hot button issue and it ticks me off to no end. I really, really, really can not remain friends with people that are homophobic, so yeah... that's me. :) Feel free to ask me anything if you wish! Oh yeah, I am also the mother to a kickass little girl named Lilyin :) She rocks!
