Interests/hobbies:
"Art:" I've recently started interning as a graphic designer; but in my off-time, I like to draw, play
the piano and guitar, and have done a lot of acting (namely Shakespeare). I'm not particularly
good at it.
Sports: I don't play one right now, but I still love to watch them... and yell at the TV screen
when my teams are losing. Recently, I've sacrificed my social life for my beloved World Cup.
Studies: Some of the things I studied were languages and histories, mostly East Asian and
Mediterranean, but also some of Europe, depending on how you classify certain countries. I still
like to study it and other things.
Drag: I enjoy cross-dressing— not for any "costume," but on a regular basis, because it makes
me feel better— and identify more with the gender role of a man than of a woman. I've also done
it for most of the roles I've been in.
Records: I collect LPs from the 60s, 70s and 80s. I've become obsessed with foreign prints of
LPs, but have yet to acquire one. I'm working on getting more British Invasion now.
Geekery: Comic books, video games, you name it. A lot of people think I studied
Japanese because I love anime/manga; but ironically, it's a bit of the other way around, and I
don't read nearly as much manga as I used to when I started.

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: In English? Anyone from anywhere, I guess. Even if you're not the best at it, I like sending letters. I can also speak and write in Spanish and Japanese fluently, in French decently, and in Arabic... poorly, but I'm willing to try my best! If you'd rather write to me in any of those languages, just let me know.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: It doesn't matter to me. I'll send/receive mail from anywhere.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: ... concubines. Maybe.
What would be in your dream letter or package?: Paper. Writing. Maybe a return address. ... unless that's just not how you roll.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I'm not looking to add people to my friends list on LJ right away, simply because I prefer to get to know them better, and the number of people I have added right now is big enough for me; however, I've vowed to marry the first person whose favorite Beatle is actually Ringo Starr.
