How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Straight Female active in supporting and fighting for the rights of those she loves and whoever they love.
Interests/hobbies: Knitting, Baking, cake decorating, reading, writing (Fan fiction and original work), Art, Art History, Steampunk, Vegetarianism, sewing/costuming, Renaissance Fairs, Anime/Manga, cosplay conventions, playing with my pets, The handmade aesthetic, video games.
Favourite books: Lord of the Rings, The Harry Potter series, anything that comes well recommended. Most Recent book Read: The Affinity Bridge by George Mann.
Favourite films: I have a lot of favorite movies, I like everything from German Expressionism to kids movies.
Favourite music: Heavy metal, orchestral metal, pop, j-pop, classic rock, techno, modern rock
What would you like to send/receive?: I love snail mail. I like to decorate my own stationary and use wax seals. I also like to receive recipes, knitting patterns, or even the latest chapter in that novel you are writing : )
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone. I think everyone has a strong voice, and I like to listen. Be Funny, Be serious, be Yourself.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Anywhere! You have a unique perspective, and it's influenced by where you live.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts")Nothing sexual (for now) I live with my parents (The economy kind of sucks and I'm unemployed...) and that would be a little awkward.
What would be in your dream letter or package?: A favorite recipe or knitting pattern, hand written (legibly), a letter telling me about something important to you (Your school, your work, your loved ones), and something that defines you (a quirky picture, a page out of your favorite magazine, something you've made, etc)
Anything else you'd like to add?: I am a creative person, and I crave creativity in others. I think sharing in creativity is the best way to really know someone. Self expression is where I feel that "human connection," and I cherish it when others choose to let me see that side of themselves.

Been trying to write a short description of myself but I fail terribly at writing anything short. I love to write, and I love to write a lot!
I'll try anyway! I'm a 21 year old, bisexual girl living in northern Europe. I'm in a somewhat intense relationship with another girl and has been for 1½ year. Loads to write about that...
I study Japanese at the university, restarting this year since life kinda gave me a tumble last year. I'm honestly not all that much into manga and anime - but I am fanatic about music, particularly Jrock. And yes, I fangirl a lot.
I am also very creative - I write fanfiction and I draw portraits and other random stuff. Basically I'd say if you can survive what's on my the links in my journal, then we're good :D
I don't know... You remind me a little of me before I discovered my own sexuality. Used to consider myself straight as well as a big supporter of the gay/lesbian community. Admittedly a big yaoi fan too O.o
Bleh. Basically, I'm just a happy, weird and way too disclosed girl. I'm looking for someone to write with who's up for talking and listening and sharing. E-mail is fine, snail-mail is fun xD So if you're up for it?
