Location: Virginia for the next... 11ish days, and then back to New York!
How do you identify?: I am SUCH a girl. I view sexuality as something very fluid... though I tend to lean towards ladies
Interests/hobbies: Between lighting crew and stage managing, I pretty much live for my school's theatre department, but since going to college I've learned that there actually is more to life than the theatre. In my rare bits of free time I like to climb trees and cook lots of pasta. My obsession with the outdoors has recently gotten me very interested in environmental education, a field that I'm considering pursuing post-college. Aside from that I'm a huge Civil War buff, and though I am just about as open and liberal as they come, I'm a southern girl at heart.
Favourite books: What Now? by Ann Patchett (Provided my purse is large enough, I carry my copy of this book with me everywhere) Tennessee Williams, Shakespeare, Tony Kushner, Richard Louv, David Sobel, Nick Hornby, Chuck Klosterman
Favourite films: The Princess Bride, Annie Hall, Casablanca, anything by Hitchcock
Favourite music: Sondheim, The Band, Bob Dylan, Jenny Owen Youngs, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, East Village Opera Company, Van Morrison, John Mellencamp, Linda Ronstadt, Lady Gaga, many a musical...
What would you like to send/receive?: Anything, though I am quite partial towards written letters
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: If you want to meet me, I probably want to meet you. Unless you're mean. Because mean people are lame.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Truth be told, as I am a super poor college student, inside the US is preferable, but that certainly isn't meant to deter anyone else... so anywhere, really.
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: Limbs. Well, unless they're prosthetic. Getting a random, prosthetic limb in the mail would be pretty awesome...
What would be in your dream letter or package?: A check for my college tuition from an anonymous donor. Or from a cute girl. Otherwise, a well thought out, handwritten letter, that someone has put care and effort into. There's really nothing like that.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I smile, I grin, when the gal with a touch of sin walks in...
