How do you identify? (sexuality/gender) I don't see the point in labels, but if I did it would be bisexual

Interests/hobbies: I love to read, write, doodle, watch my favorite old TV shows on dvd *cough*Golden Girls*cough*, and listen to music. I also go through crafty phases every now and then; I can crochet, knit, sew, and make bead jewelry. I love taking pictures and scrapbooking. Oh! and movie quotes, my love for movie quotes should probably have its own bullet point.

Favorite books: Quite a few classics, but most are from Medieval to Renaissance literature. I love to read and the listing is crazy long, so here are a few that are in my “To Read” or “Reread” pile: Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks; Perks of Being a Wallflower; Pride & Prejudice; Lover At Last; Prince of Thorns; Game of Thrones; Born in Fire; House of Leaves; City of Bones; Cinder; the Replacements; Are You There Vodka, It's Me Chelsea; I, Robot; Odd Brother; Girl With the Dragon Tattoo; Wicked; White Queen. You can imagine my bedside table…lol. I read just about everything; and the invention of smart phones and tablets have saved me considerable money in chiropractor bills…lol.

Favorite films: Well, to start out, I collect lots of Disney or animated movies from when I was younger. My favorite is Beauty & the Beast; and then the list goes to Little Mermaid, Tarzan, Emperor's New Groove, the Aladdin trilogy, Aristocats, and Anastasia, so on and so forth…

My non animated movies favorites include: Noises OFF! <--best movie ever... Avengers; Skyfall; Iron Man 3; the Fast & Furious series; Last Holiday; Red Eye; Batman trilogy; LOTRs; Matrix movies; the Rush Hours; Sister Act; all Star Trek movies, old and new; Two Weeks Notice; The Holiday; Secret Garden; Little Princess; Murder by Death; Clue; Ten Inch Hero; Ocean's 11…the list continues

I love old school movies: Gidget; any Doris Day movie; Yours Mine and Ours, the one with Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda; White Christmas; Movies with Jerry Lewis, Dean Martin, Cary Grant, or Rock Hudson; All of the Three Stooges episodes

I will quickly say that Sherlock and Golden Girls are my two favorite shows; and I also believe Joss Whedon to be a god among men. Favorite music: Who can pick? I listen to just about everything, no really…Country. Pop. Hip Hop. Rap. Trance. Classical. some Techno. Lots of Gregorian Chant. Musicals. Soundtracks. Also note that I need new music from the following: Florence & the Machine, Drake, Adele, Bullet for my Valentine, and the last one escapes me…but if you are in touch with any of these people, or their agents, please let them know of my need for new CDs ASAP. I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Who would you like to send and receive mail from? Pretty much anyone 18+

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to? Oh anywhere would be exciting as long as you speak English; unless you also speak French because I'm trying to learn...lol.

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive? (eg. "food/candy with nuts") I am opposed to pretty much any food stuff.

What would be in your dream letter or package? The getting of a letter or email just makes me smile; so consistent responses would be awesome. I’m not talking about every day, though we can do that if we go the digital route; but I would like to keep this going for a while. I miss the daily, weekly, or monthly doses of happiness I get just from knowing someone took the time to reach out to me.

Anything else you'd like to add?: On my last post I had a random rant here about Youtube not having a repeat button; but that has since been fixed by someone who is unknown to me, but to whom I am forever indebted. If you type the word repeat inside the URL like this --> www."repeat"youtube.com/url without the " " it should repeat the video for you! Genius, huh?
