How do you identify?: If you want to put it really simply, I'm a bi/pansexual guy. To get into specifics, I happen to be trans, and I'm femme-ish but also can be stereotypically guy-ish. I sometimes feel my sexuality is better described as "queer," though sometimes I'll just call myself a gay guy. I'm primarily into male-IDed folks, but am also attracted to some female-IDed/androgyne folks.
Interests/hobbies: Reading, surfing the internet until ridiculously late, being chronically sleep-deprived, watching my favorite vlogs, playing Dance Dance Revolution, following politics/GLBT activism issues, playing with my dog, finding adventures to go on..
Favourite books: Anything by Bret Easton Ellis, John Green, David Levithan, Max Barry, Christopher Buckley, Kurt Vonnegut or Chuck Palahniuk, as well as House of Leaves, Lolita, In the Lake of the Woods and The Tooth Fairy
Favourite films: Shaun of the Dead, any of the Star Trek: TNG movies along with the 2009 remake, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Fight Club, American Beauty, The Informant!, Inglourious Basterds, The Yes Men, Juno, Sunshine, The Last Horror Movie, Amelie, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Rent, Thank You for Smoking, Requiem for a Dream, Hard Candy...basically anything controversial, or anything containing zombies, politics nerdiness and/or dark comedy.
Favourite music: of Montreal, The Decemberists, Fischerspooner, The Faint, The Shins, Death Cab for Cutie, The Postal Service, Elliott Smith, Royksopp, Metric, Rilo Kiley, Sufjan Stevens, Vanessa Carlton, Jonathan Coulton, Hank Green, Paul and Storm, Flight of the Conchords, Lady Gaga, ALL CAPS, Tom Milsom..
What would you like to send/receive?: Email/IM at first, but letters after not too long, and maybe even packages eventually. I have a friend who I used to exchange letters with, and I absolutely loved it. That's been years, though, and I really want to get back into it
Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: Anyone, really. As long as we can entertain each other, I'm up for it.
What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: I only speak English, but I don't have any country restrictions
Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: Not really. I still live with my parents, but I doubt anyone wants to send me anything that would not only weird them out, but be readily obvious before I could get it into my room to open it.
What would be in your dream letter or package?: Oh man, umm...something cute that showed the person remembered stuff I liked, like maybe a little stuffed wolf toy (I love wolves), a letter just talking about the person's day, complete with snarky comments, and...glitter. Tons of glitter. I would love a box of glitter like you don't even know.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I work fulltime, but something like this is important enough to me that I'll make the time to write regularly. I'm really excited about this, probably more than I logically should be.

That was for Halloween...I actually had two costumes, for the two parties I went to. That one, and a zombie costume. Obviously, I am varying types of odd. The picture's from October, but I haven't changed too much. Maybe I'm a little scruffier.
