Name: Cake, Kero, Egression, whatever internet handle you know me by. I haven't found a good name yet.

Age: 20 this September. Metal horse, Libra, if you like to know those things.

Location: Orlando, Florida

How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) I'm going by genderqueer for now. I like girly boys, boyish girls, transmen and transwomen--I like everyone, just the extreme ends of masculinity and feminity make me uncomfortable. :\ I'm biologically female but I feel more masculine or neutral than feminine. I love boys' clothes, and I'd rather be a girly boy than a girl. So I don't really know.

Interests/hobbies: I draw (I'm an animation major), read, write--I like creating things, to the point where I'm willing to do things I don't like (like sewing) in order to create an end product. I'm addicted to two things: caffeine, and the internet. I play video games; I am still addicted to Mario and Pokemon.

Favourite books: Virtually anything by Tamora Pierce or Tanith Lee. The Harry Potter books, The God of Small Things, What Happened to Lani Garver, Luna, Fight Club. Howl's Moving Castle and a lot of other Diana Wynne Jones books. Neil Gaiman books, absolutely anything by Douglas Adams. I also read manga, though not as much anymore. But if you do, we can trade recommendations!

Favourite films: Miyazaki films (my favorite is his "Howl's Moving Castle", though I have a soft spot for "Porco Rosso"). "Akira", "Paprika", "Tekkon Kinkreet." I could wax poetic about "How to Train Your Dragon", or any Pixar movie. "Lilo and Stitch"--I have issues with Disney. Being an animation major gives me an excuse to still love animated films. I'm also still a sucker for "Back to the Future" and its sequels, "The Breakfast Club", and "Forrest Gump" (I'm in love with the '60s)

Favourite music: That's...difficult. I tend to use sites like Said the Gramophone and One Track Mind to get new free music. I don't discriminate, it's just whatever turns up and sounds good. Right now I am listening to a lot of Cocorosie's "Werewolf" and "Lemonade", La Roux's "Bulletproof", Maurice's "Kerosene", Bat for Lashes' "Daniel", and anything and everything by Pogo.

What would you like to send/receive?: Uh...anything! Handwritten letters would be nice, but even if you just want to be friends on Livejournal, that'd be great too! I'd love to receive and/or send drawings, candy (particularly if you live in another country, that would be really cool) or even just letters. (I will doodle in the margins. Sorry. Doodles will often involve t-rex.)

Who would you like to send and receive mail from?: People who share my interests--people I can talk about things we both like with. If you happen to be as confused as I am with your identity...well, I'd feel less alone speaking to you, even if it's just online.

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: Anywhere! The world is fascinating. I can write in Spanish and read it fairly well but am not very fluent at all. I am going to be taking German this fall so if you'd like me to talk to you with the vocabulary of a four-year-old, hey. :D If it's very far I probably won't send anything very large, just because of shipping. But if you live in the US, that's great too!

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: (eg. "food/candy with nuts") I'm not picky. If you want to send candy or trinkets or cds from your country, then I'll return them with little Floridian things. (Like tacky flamingos, or gator jerky if I can get away with it. 8D) Nothing too sexual though, I'm not really looking for that.

What would be in your dream letter or package?: Drawings, a letter, maybe little things I can't find in America, it doesn't matter. I'm content with a letter. :D

Anything else you'd like to add?: If you think this is funny, we have humor in common at least! And I'm pretty easygoing. You have no need to fill my expectations (I hope I don't have to fill yours either). I can be a confidant or someone to joke with, or both. No big deal. :D

Hiya! I think we have enough in common that we will get along fabulously.

How to Train Your Dragon = <3. I adore that movie. :D
and Miyazaki films! :D I'm slowly watching all of them, and the newest one that I saw was Porrco Rosso. XD I adore that film so much, along with Spirited Away. :D

My name's Alexandria, but I usually go by Lexi or Alex, or pretty much any nickname you can pull out of Alexandria. XD

I think I shall friend you. :D

Works for me. XD

Hmmm, I like Adrien. It's a name you don't hear very much. I also love the names Isabella and Isabelle, and that was BEFORE the Twi-madness.

I love Lilo & Stitch. And as a guy I rarely admit that because people give me weird looks, or assume I wear a lot of glitter. It's just that little monster thing is awesome. I want one.

My best friend is an animation grad student at UCLA. I think that's fascinating, I don't have the talent nor the patience for such things, but I love watching her stuff.

Also BTTF should be required viewing to get a driver's permit, Just saying.

You are very interesting and we share many interests. I am a Media Study Production majour at SUNY at Buffalo [UB] with a special interest in experimental animation. LOL, can I use the word "interest" any more. Anyway, here is my profile, if interested: http://community.livejournal.com/queermail/177936.html (http://community.livejournal.com/queermail/177936.html) ;)

I swear, if I hadn't already seen that babyface picture, I'd be dead from laughter right now.

I'd love to write and possibly do art trades! Here's my entry, feel free to message me if you're interested :)
