Who would you like to send mail to and receive mail from?: While I’m pretty open to receiving mail from anyone who feels that they’d like to share of themselves and get to know someone new, I’d love to find Queer crafting people or Queer foodies who would also like to exchange mail. Or pet lovers. Or people interested in Filipino food and culture and would like to exchange information about their own.

I'm also open to serving as a writing partner for those who would like to just write love letters to the character in their head.

What countries would you like to receive mail from and send to?: I’m interested in mail from anywhere but my own country – I’ve a group here too, and am looking to expand my horizons. However, those who live far away, like, the Netherlands, for example, will have to be a bit patient with me. I’m not exactly loaded and it might be a few weeks between letters.

Anything that you would particularly NOT like to receive?: The following will ensure that you never receive a reply from me: any paraphernalia with gore or excrement (yes, someone once sent me a piece they scribbled on with blood), animal or human body parts, or religious paraphernalia in the interest of converting me.

Interests/hobbies: I spend a lot of time working, so I suppose that could be an interest (??) even if I'm not overly fond of it. Favourite books: Harry Potter will always be one of my favourite series, I love the Millenium triology (by Stieg Larsson). I don't really have a favourite genre and often read whatever catches my fancy.

How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Officially, I have no sexuality. I took a vow of celibacy 8 months ago. But prior to that I was pretty flagrantly bisexual. And by that, I mean I like what I like, and what ever's between the legs is fine by me. I'm male, but the inner gay man likes to escape now and again. Actually I am FTM, but far enough along in my transition, I rarely have to say that outloud any more.

Interests/hobbies: Dogs and Horses. I make a living training dogs and horses. So they take up the primary amount of my focus. I studied English (creative writing) in college, and fancy myself something of an author, but hesitate on being published because I am an oddity like that. I live and breathe music, including performing at a bar on sunday nights. I read a lot. I am into biking, swimming, hiking, camping, and any sport that could potentially kill me. I played baseball growing up, and am a first degree blackbelt. I do most of the repairs on my ancient and decrepit but beloved truck myself. I am a hardcore geek at heart. I role play, I show up to movie premieres in costume, and I'm unapologetic about it. And I do karaoke a couple of nights a week with my band, because I'm that kind of nerd. I also collect antique books.

There is something very satisfying about opening the mailbox and there being a letter there (amongst all the bills) just for you. What would be in your dream letter or package?: Hand written letter, or letters depending on how often one is sending such things. Something that would have taken time to construct, and shows thought and effort. And mix CDs of new music from all over the place. Maybe other writer's works just for fun.

Anything else you'd like to add?: Not really. I'm pretty approachble, or I try to be. I think I'm fun, or at least I'm told I am by those who insist on calling me friend. How do you identify?: Effeminate female. *wears a lot of skirts*... I'm either: (a) bisexual with a tendency toward women; (b) a lesbian; or (c) pansexual, because I still think my ideal partner might be a cross-dresser, haha. I'm really not into labels because then it's like you have to be/act in a way that depicts that model. I'm more of a a "I am what I am" type person.

Interests/hobbies: Um... I love Japan for more than its anime and manga. I'm 2/3rd's finished with my psychology degree (possible art minor). I draw and paint, and write poetry that comes out in splatters but for some reason people still like it. I appreciate nature, coffee, and drag queens. I love opera and steaks. I'm crazy yet down to earth, emotional yet rational. I'm spiritual but not religious. I love talking to new people! When I'm not being in depth, I'm very random: expect anything and everything. Favourite books: I'm not ashamed to say that I really don't do books. Favourite music: Symphonic metal is my favourite genre. Classical music, J-rock, or other rock music that has a point to it (can't stand "emo" bands). Favourite films: Hayao Miyazaki films, Miracle, R.E.N.T., Slumdog Millionaire, ...i'm not very good at remembering films i've enjoyed, but i tend to like indie & foreign films that leave an impression -- like Caramel or the Japanese film 46 Billion Years of Love (46億年の恋).

How do you identify?: (sexuality/gender) Well, I'm female (despite my love of dressing up in suits), but I label myself as bisexual to anyone who asks, although I feel that one should see gender as fluid and love who you love. For this reason I support polyamory as well, although I don't practice it (maybe if the time comes.) I've known all this since I was 11, so I'm pretty certain of myself and open with it. Sexual openess can happen when your first understanding of sex comes from reading Middlesex (great book.)

Interests/hobbies: Puzzles (mysteries are great,) drawing, creative writing, I love music and singing, but I gave up doing it when I couldn't go on stage (I'm half blind, try covering one eye and looking through a toilet paper roll with the other and you've go me,) being an internet addict, languages: native English, Spanish and Japanese, although I'd like German, Russian and Cambodian, watching British Comedy, being a sci-fi nerd (Star Trek TOS and Doctor Who are my forte and reading I love Ray Bradbury and Phillip K Dick,) word/name etymology, I'm obsessed with Cambodia seeing as it is my home country, gay rights, greek myths, Stephen Fry and/or Hugh Laurie, learning new things, SCIENCE!
